This course is designed for the total beginner who would to build a strong foundation with the correct body alignment and proper yogic breathing (pranayama). Initially being a practice designed by and for me, this course will show you how to find a balance and awaken a softer and more feminine approach to the practice.
Reham Alaa is a yoga teacher, visual artist and fitness instructor. She has always been passionate about movement which led her to become Fitness Instructor and later a Yoga Teacher. She now teaches a variety of classes and specialises in adapting yoga to meet the needs of all those who practice with her.

Advance registration and 50% deposit is required to secure your places. All deposits are non-refundable within one week of the start date of the course/workshop…earlier than one week we will refund 80&of the deposit but retain a 20% administration fee.
