Nienke is offering this Authentic Relating workshop to help everyone enter into being more authentic in their relationships with others and with themselves.
She uses games and exercises, ranging from playful and fun, to deeply insightful and introspective in order for you meet yourselves in your most powerful as well as most vulnerable states and see that this vulnerability is in fact strength.

You will work in groups and pairs exploring your interactions with each other and yourselves. You will get the opportunity to learn how to heal your childhood traumas in this fun but also revealing workshop.
Authenticity to Nienke means that you can express myself in any situation, using the exact words for the feelings you have. True authenticity isn’t just a trend to follow, it’s a necessity.
The only thing to lose if you don’t, is MYSELF.

Advance registration and 50% deposit is required to secure your place. All deposits are non-refundable within one week of the start date of the course/workshop…earlier than one week we will refund 80% of the deposit but retain a 20% administration fee.
