This Childbirth Education workshop is designed to prepare parents on their journey as they welcome their baby.

This workshop will teach you the 6 most important things you and your partner need to know about birth, based on the latest evidence-based research and recommendations on pregnancy, labor and delivery. Participants will learn about labor, delivery and newborn/family health. We will cover various topics like healthy pregnancy, the natural progression of labor vs. emergencies, pros and cons for all your birth options, common labor and delivery interventions, comfort measures, pain management, labor support, postpartum, breastfeeding, and much more.

In addition to the workshop, participants will receive life-long access to the content which will be shared with you and your partner/family/birth support team.
