This course is six sessions during which kids will learn how to practice mindfulness in their everyday lives which can lead to happier, calmer, more emotionally intelligent children. They’ll also learn mindfulness tools to help with anxiety, sleep difficulty, emotional outbursts, gratitude, and improved focus.
