Your favourite pilates class is coming this Ramadan! Over the course of 11 classes, you’ll move and train with a focus on a specific part of the body, (but will hit all the muscle groups as usual!) We will be together training and discussing the ‘what and why,’ of pilates, the different breathing techniques used, human anatomy and biometrics, fascia and the difference between mobility and flexibility.

Zag is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has completed Matwork Pilates at both the Essential and Advanced levels. Prior to becoming a Pilates instructor Zag has been is movement enthusiast for most of his life. As a kid he learnt karate and athletics and later began cycling around Cairo, which he still does until today. Zag is also a contemporary dancer and a third year student at Cairo Contemporary Dance Center (CDC). His goal is to become a professional dancer.

Advance registration and 50% deposit is required to secure your place. All deposits are non-refundable within one week of the start date of the course/workshop…earlier than one week we will refund 80% of the deposit but retain a 20% administration fee.
