Qi Gong is an ancient Daoist yoga practice that focuses on your internal energy. By channeling your qi through meridians in the body through the use of deep breathing exercises, it works to release blockages and tensions as well as improving organ health and the nervous system.
During each class, the first thirty minutes we will learn about the principles of Daoism, philosophies, followed by applying and implementing the topics discussed.
