Your favourite pilates class is coming this Ramadan! Over the course of 13 classes and 2 Master Classes, you’ll move and train with a focus on a specific part of the body, (but will hit all the muscle groups as usual!)
In the Master Classes, we will spend two hours together training and discussing the ‘what and why,’ of pilates, the different breathing techniques used, human anatomy and biometrics, fascia and the difference between mobility and flexibility.

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:00 am- 12:00 pm Saturdays (May 1 + 8) 1.30 – 3.30 pm
Advance registration and 50% deposit is required to secure your places. All deposits are non-refundable within one week of the start date of the course/workshop…earlier than one week we will refund 80% of the deposit but retain a 20% administration fee.
