A yoga course for beginners (6 hours). Curious about yoga, then this course is perfect for you! In this introduction to yoga you will learn the basic yoga poses given in most beginner yoga classes in detail. Step by step instruction will give you confidence in your alignment and greatly enhance your knowledge of what modern day yoga poses have to offer. You will build a strong foundation in Yoga Asanas, increase your knowledge of healthy alignment, strength and breath work as well as yoga vocabulary in this course for beginners. We will slowly work our way to a full 60 minutes yoga class.

Noëlle is a certified Hatha & Yin yoga instructor who recently moved from Dubai to Cairo. In addition to her yoga background, she also has completed her level 1 & 2 sound healing therapy, which complements yoga beautifully. Noëlle aims to inspire people to practice yoga regularly for its health benefits as well as the balance it brings to one’s life.
