Join us for the first of a series of workshops learning the gentle art of Tai Chi. Tap into your Qi to promote vitality and inner strength through powerful exercises practiced by the Taoist priests of the Wudang Mountains. In this workshop, you will learn the basic sequence which aims to promote mobility and fluidity, as well as harmonize and balance the body through the use of slow and gentle movements. In addition, we will also practice a variety of powerful Qi Gong exercises that stimulate the body and mind by focusing on the fundamental elements of the practice: grounding, posture, correction and Qi circulation.

Advance registration and 50% deposit is required to secure your places. All deposits are non-refundable within one week of the start date of the course/workshop…earlier than one week we will refund 80% of the deposit but retain a 20% administration fee.
