Inspired by Qi Gong & expressive arts and fuelled by ethnic & tribal music, this is an exploration of our senses and elements of nature re-presented as a non-stop movement meditation, taking you from self-awareness to self-awakening.
This 2 Β½ hour journey brings you back into the body, through a series of embodiments: the wild, the human and the divine.

Yasmine Nazmy is an holistic health coach, recipe author and yin yoga & qi gong teacher.
She embodies a simple approach to wellbeing, inspired by the Eastern philosophy of Taoism.
Her coaching involves Chinese dietary therapy as well as psychosomatic work, providing a holistic approach for healing the physical body and the emotions it stores.
Her workshops are taught with emphasis on feminine embodiment, allowing free flow rather than rigid structure.
